Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update


Dear Guests,

First and foremost, we hope that you and your family are safe and well during these difficult times.

Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa has, taken precautionary measure to ensure the safety of our guests & staff members.

In accordance to government guidelines, all guests must wear face masks at all times when in public areas of the venue, the only exception being when sat down to eat. Any guest not adhering to this rule will be asked to vacate the property.

The Restaurant & Bar are open as usual. The items on the dinner menu are mostly available and will be made fully available in due course.

For breakfast we are offering a cooked breakfast with a range of options.

The Gym & Spa are open as usual. The only thing that is closed is the Steam room. Our full list of recommendations can be found here:

To further assist you with your enquiries please note the following:

All room bookings can be made via the website - please see book button on our homepage or on our rooms pages.
All treatments are bookable via our website (on our treatment page and our book button on the homepage), we are currently unable to take treatment requests via the phone

Please only call the hotel if your enquiry is about an urgent existing booking, all other requests to be made via email and will be responded to within 5-7 working days.
