With COVID cases sadly increasing in the UK, now seems a fitting time to remind everyone of the protocols and what we can all do to keep each other safe when exercising or enjoying the facilities:

– Do not enter if you think you have symptoms of COVID-19.

– Sanitise hands on arrival.

– Keep a distance of 2m from other members unless you are from the same household.

– Arrive gym ready. Avoid changing facilities if possible and shower at home.

– You MUST clean and strip down your equipment after use with disinfectant spray ready for the next person to use.

– Follow any signage throughout the facility.

РOur pool is open with limited numbers, please strictly follow the guidance set out on arrival. 

Our Sauna is open, but with strict social distancing rules in place. Only 2 people allowed inside at anyone time. Seating positions are clearly marked, to ensure social distancing at all times. No more than 1 household (or social bubble) is allowed in at any one time. Guests are asked to not use these facilities for more than 15 minutes at anyone time. The facilities are being cleaned regularly, in accordance with government guidelines & best practices for thermal spa facilities. Failure to comply with the above rules will regrettably result in the offending guest being asked to leave the facility

All treatments are bookable via our website (on our treatment page and our book button on the homepage), we are currently unable to take treatment requests via the phone

Please only call the hotel if your enquiry is about an urgent existing booking, all other requests to be made via email and will be responded to within 5-7 working days.
