Chromotherapy Sauna & Steam Room
Our Chromatherapy sauna applies colour light therapy, which dates back to ancient Egypt, India, China, and even as far back as the Mayan culture.
Chromatherapy uses the premise that each colour is associated with a different bodily response, bringing a range of physical and mental well-being benefits including helping with reducing swelling, pain relief, decreased muscle tension, improved circulation, and regulated moods.
