From the very start of organising our wedding with Tessa ( our wedding co-ordinator ) was beyond expectations. Very organised , quick reply’s to questions and nothing was ever to much to help us. We were invited to taste and choose our menu which I have to say was perfection. On the day , everything was just so perfect , embraced the whole day , the staff were just so attentive to everyone’s needs. The wedding accessories were all placed in our venue , I literally was able to get ready knowing everything was done for me. My bridal suite getting ready and our bridal suite on the night were both clean spacious and perfect. . Slightly cheaper than some of the other hotels but I would say the smaller hotel was more welcoming and friendly. The grounds to the hotel were amazing for our photos so all in all would totally recommend.

We had our wedding here in early autumn and loved it – the venue, ceremony space and catering are great and the gardens and outdoor areas are a really nice bonus, made for some lovely photos as it was sunny. Also, try and find the peacock if you can – my wife loved him… would definitely recommend though I think you’d get the best value on a sunny day to be able to maximise the outdoor space for photos – so aim for spring and summer. Overall, this is an underrated location and definitely really good value in terms of price compared to London venues.

We can not recommend Guildford Manor enough, our wedding was a dream come true! Tessa Stewart and all the staff were brilliant and very helpful! The lead up to the wedding Tessa made sure everything was in place and we had nothing to worry about. The afternoon tea was perfect and all our guests were catered for. The venue itself is so beautiful and it was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you to all the staff for making our day run smoothly and we can not wait to visit again!

Absolutely loved having our wedding at Guildford Manor. The space is lovely for the amount of guests we had (60ish), and really corresponded well with our styling. The outdoor space is brilliant too and very well kept. The venue is very responsibly priced for what you get, definitely value for money and a totally stress free experience.

Cannot recommend this venue enough for our wedding! The staff were amazing and made sure we didn’t need to worry about anything. Special shout out to Tessa in particular who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the planning process, answering all of our questions in the lead up and was on hand during the day to make sure the day went off without a hitch. Absolutely beautiful venue and spa with the added extra of a peacock who made an appearance later in the day!

Beautiful venue, lovely food and great service. We had an amazing day. I would highly recommend Guilford Manor as a wedding venue. The staff were so helpful. Everyone commented on what a wonderful day it was. Tessa the wedding coordinator was so helpful and quickly responded to any queries I had, and the day went off without a hitch. Wouldn’t have chosen anywhere else. Fantastic from start to finish.

The room is gorgeous and the package included lots of decorations already set up in the room, such as the lovely chairs, dining set, lovely glassware & blossom trees etc. The Bloomsbury Suite where we held our ceremony is also really pretty. The venue looks really fab in our wedding pictures. The back field area and gardens are wonderful and a perfect space for wedding guests to relax in & ideal for taking lots of pictures. Tessa our wedding manager was extremely professional, friendly & easy to communicate with, she was great at giving advice on scheduling for the day but was also flexible and listened well to what we wanted. Staff at the hotel were pleasant & were great at keeping every thing running smoothly & on time on the big day. Food was very good. The spa at the hotel is also really nice & relaxing if staying before or after the wedding. We had a gorgeous wedding day in a wonderful setting!

We held our civil ceremony and wedding reception here in May 2033. The day was absolutely perfect and the staff did everything they could to make it run smoothly. They were friendly and helpful and facilities were excellent. As soon as we first visited the venue, we knew the outdoor pavilion was where we wanted to get married and luckily the sun came out for us. We were also able to use all the spaces, E.g. terrace for drinks reception and grounds for garden games. It was a beautiful day!

We had our wedding here beginning of October and our day was just incredible. The venue is so beautiful and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Allie our coordinator was incredible she kept everything running smoothly. The food was great and all our guests commented on what a lovely venue we had picked. Beautiful setting for wedding photographs and modern exterior will surprise you with its classical elegant interior with modern up to date additions. Dressed to impress ceremony and reception rooms with the spa, gym, heated indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzi enjoyable even in colder months. Our wedding was in middle of October and it was a highlight enjoying the outside pool and jacuzzi. Everyone commented on the delicious food and the smooth seamless running of our wedding weekend with everyone enjoying our wedding weekend with the venue wedding planner making sure the whole experience was taken care of, leaving us relaxed and able to enjoy the whole experience for us the wedding couple and all our guests.

We just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to Allie and and the team for our perfect wedding day. Everyone said to us what a perfect day it was, how smooth it was and how the venue was stunning and we couldn’t agree more. Everyone also loved the food – the mini sausages that I was resisting on for the canapes had rave reviews so glad I conceded – so please give our thank you to the kitchen staff as well.
Allie, our wedding coordinator on the day, was so amazing -dealing with all our queries and ensuring everything was perfect for the day, even with some late changes. The set up was amazing and just as I imagined – honestly don’t know what we would have done without Allie! Highly recommend the team and Guildford Manor.

A couple of weeks before the wedding Guildford Manor hired a new wedding coordinator called Allie and she totally put my mind at ease. She was so organised and no detail went unnoticed. In the lead up to the wedding we met with her and went through everything, she listened to everything we had to say and made notes of everything we wanted on and for our day. On the day everything ran perfectly. We had the most perfect wedding day, the food was exceptional and the service was brilliant. It exceeded all our expectations. I cannot vault the hotel. Thank you Allie for everything.

It was an amazing day. Can’t fault the staff and team on the day, it went really smoothly.
Unfortunately, we were going to have the ceremony outside, but at the crucial point it rained, so it was hurriedly moved inside, but it all went off without a hitch.
The food was lovely, the grounds, the set up, just was all as I had hoped it would be.
I would love to do it all over again, so I can hold on to the memories better, as it all went past so fast.

We had our wedding at Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa and everything was exceptional. Guests said they had the best time and everything was perfect from morning up until the end. There outside venue accommodation is beautiful and perfect for a Spring/ Summer wedding.. we’re glad the sunshine stayed out for us in the month of May last year.
Staff were super friendly and accommodated us to a high standard. Definitely recommend this venue for your wedding day!

We knew we wanted to get married at Guildford Manor from the first time we went for a viewing!! Impressed with the stunning grounds, the beautiful interior in the venue, the reception room, offer of some decor, tables & chairs and the overall value for money (dry hire).
Douglas was helpful answering all the questions I had & multiple emails. And on the day when bridal tears were flowing.
The grounds were perfect for our pictures and our guests spent time outside enjoying canapés, rum punch & selfies whilst the reception room was being prepared. The rest of the day and night was amazing.
Received so many compliments about the venue, our guests enjoyed themselves thoroughly. Simply the best day of our lives still in awe a whole 9 months later!! A big thank you to Guildford Manor!

If we could go back and do it all again we would, we without a doubt found a great venue, very reasonably priced especially considering the location. Our day went smoothly, it was out of our hands and we were simply lead by instruction on what to do and when, as we both had no idea how it all worked (being introduced into the reception etc). The staff were great, and helped us achieve the day we really wanted. It was perfect to be honest, I would highly recommend considering the Guildford Manor Hotel and Spa for your wedding!
