We work with trusted caterers who specialise in African-Caribbean, Indian, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Indo-Chinese, and Afro-fusion cuisine. Each knows our venue well, ensuring seamless service and exceptional food.

Using a non-approved caterer is possible for an £800 fee. They must sign our venue terms and bring their own equipment, which will be set up outside the kitchen. Limited kitchen facilities are available for use.
Everything you need for a seamless dry hire wedding
Our dry hire package includes exclusive use of The Bloomsbury Suite for ceremonies of up to 120 guests and The Lytton-Strachey Suite for your wedding breakfast and evening reception, accommodating up to 200 guests. You’ll also enjoy The Lounge with a private bar, landscaped gardens, and stunning outdoor areas for photos.
We provide tables, chairs, cake table, easel, lanterns, artificial blossom trees, and ceiling draping with fairy lights. A dedicated Operations Manager will oversee your ceremony and liaise with your caterers, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The package also includes a honeymoon suite for the newlyweds and preferential guest room rates for family and friends.
Flexible Drinks & Bar Service
At Guildford Manor, we offer flexible arrangements so your drinks service suits your celebration perfectly:
- Paying Bar Service
Let our professional bar team handle everything. We supply all beverages, glassware, and bar staff for the day, with guests purchasing drinks directly. This ensures a seamless, fully managed service. - Corkage Option
If you’d like to supply your own drinks, these will be served by your chosen caterer. The Corkage Fee is £800. For events serving alcohol, your caterer must have a Personal Licence Holder onsite. If you opt for corkage, your caterer must provide all glassware. If you wish for us to clear one of our bars for your caterer to use to serve from, the fee is £300.
